About the role

We're looking for a Transport Allocator to join our SA Transport Cluster, based at our Distribution Centre in Regency Park. In this role, you'll be responsible for allocating drivers and managing transport resources to support deliveries across our branch network — ensuring safe, timely and customer-focused service.

Responsibilities;

- Allocating drivers for deliveries and pickups across SA
- Managing driver schedules, rest breaks and CoR compliance
- Coordinating contract driver requirements and bookings
- Overseeing vehicle maintenance and service requirements
- Finalising hire schedules and POs in our systems
- Ensuring safety and professional representation of our brand

About you

- Previous experience in transport allocation or logistics

- Strong organisational and multitasking skills

- Solid understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) regulations

- Tech-savvy with TMS/GPS tracking systems

- Confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
