Join as APS6 IT Sr. Support Officer and lead SOE, Intune & endpoint manage for a modern workplace environment. Your new company You will be working with a Federal Government agency that plays a critical role in delivering secure and efficient ICT services. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative team focused on modern workplace technologies and end-user computing solutions. Your new role As an APS6 ICT Senior Support Officer, you will provide onsite and remote technical support for end-user computing infrastructure, including laptops, printers, mobile devices, and video conferencing equipment. You'll manage the ICT hardware fleet, maintain asset registers in ServiceNow, and assist with office refits and relocations. The role also involves monitoring ticket queues, supporting Citrix and Microsoft Virtual Desktops, and administering environments using Microsoft Intune or Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM). You will also contribute to desktop management tasks such as Group Policy, application patching, and compliance. What you'll need to succeed

Proven ICT technical experience in desktop management and application patching
Hands-on experience with Intune, MECM, Citrix, and Microsoft Teams environments
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent stakeholder engagement and mentoring capabilities
Tertiary qualifications in ICT or equivalent experience
Australian Citizenship (mandatory)
