About theRole
We're seekingskilled and safety-conscious front end loader operators to join ourteam at Bunge's Roseworthy group. We have a mix of positionsavailable across the group. In this position, you'll beresponsible for the efficient and safe operation of front-endloaders and other equipment vital to our grain storage andlogistics process.
This roleis ideal for individuals who take pride in precision, enjoypractical outdoor work, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-basedenvironment. You'll get involved in everything from operatingmachinery to maintaining high grain quality and contributing toexport operations. You'll work closely with site staff andplay a key role in grain movement, storage, and exportreadiness.

KeyResponsibilities
- Safely andefficiently operate front end loaders for grain movement andbunker management.
- Support roadtransport operations, including outturningactivities.
- Maintain grainquality during the handling and movement process.
- Ensure bunkers,silos, and storage areas are clean, organised, andwell-maintained.
- Conduct routinemaintenance checks on equipment.
- Leadand support seasonal staff during peak periods.
- Assist with othertasks across the group of sites as directed.

- Experience in mobileplant operation e.g. front-end loaders, excavators, and/orheavy vehicle machinery.
- Strong commitment tosafe work practises and attention to detail.
- Calmunder pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and willingto assist across a range of site activities.
- Strong interpersonalskills and the ability to communicate with a variety ofpeople.
- Willing and able toundertake competency-based training for site-specifictasks.
