Electrical Supervisor — Construction

Are you a skilled Electrical Supervisor ready to lead a high-performing team on a major energy project? This is your opportunity to join a fast-paced construction project in Balranald, NSW, with excellent site amenities and a family-friendly roster.

Salary & Benefits

- $85/hr + super fornightly pay via a modern online payroll system

- Contract duration: 31st October – 26th February

- Roster: 2 weeks on / 1 week off

- Fly-in options from Perth, Melbourne & Sydney

- 12-hour shifts

- Camp accommodation with gym facilities; one camp is walking distance to town

- Dedicated NES Fircroft Consultant support throughout your contract

- Opportunity for future contracts through our extensive client network

About You

- Hold a NSW Electrical Licence, White Card, and National Police Clearance

- Able to pass a standard medical

- Experienced in supervising teams on power station or industrial construction sites

- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical construction workflows

- Confident communicator and team leader with excellent coordination skills

The Job Role

This is a key leadership role on a high-impact thermal power station construction site. You’ll be:

- Leading and coordinating daily site operations

- supervising electricians and trade assistants

- Ensuring safety compliance and meeting project milestones

- Reporting to project managers and supporting onboarding of new shift personnel
