Job Description
Are you looking for a chance to make your mark? Want to join a leader in automotive aftermarket accessories? As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an experienced and energetic individual to take on the vital role of Dealer Account Manager – Northern, supporting and growing our dealer network across Queensland, Northern NSW and the Northern Territory.
(And yes — bonus points if you live and breathe automotive and 4WD.)
As Dealer Account Manager – Northern, you will:
- Be a Trusted Partner: Build and maintain strong relationships with our dealer network, promoting the Zeder brand, products and reputation across your region.
- Strengthen Dealer Performance: Support dealers to improve sell-through, identify opportunities and ensure they’re equipped with the knowledge and tools to represent our brands effectively.
- Strategise for Growth: Review performance data, understand dealer needs, and develop practical plans to boost results in line with our national sales strategy.
- Analyse & Optimise: Use key metrics to spot issues, pitch solutions, and drive improvements that support both dealer success and Zeder’s commercial goals.
- Collaborate & Solve Problems: Work closely with the national sales team, R&D, product management and marketing to continuously enhance service, support and sales outcomes.

ABOUT YOU
- Experience: Proven background in sales, dealer management, key account management or a similar role.
- Relationship-focused: You know how to build trust, influence outcomes and support partner success.
- Commercially sharp: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make sound decisions.
- Automotive passion: An interest in 4WD or automotive products is a definite advantage.
- Self-driven: Able to manage a large territory, prioritise effectively and work autonomously.
