We are delighted to open our new 102 bed aged care home, Holy Cross, Kincumber on the Central Coast andare looking for talented Care Companions to join our team. We offer various shifts including morning, afternoon and night shifts across the week. As part of our consistent assignment approach you will be rostered on to care for the same residents in the same location. To be considered for this role you will need a minimum of 3 days work availability and preferably more.

To be considered for this role you’ll need

- A heart and passion for providing high quality care to the elderly
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with residents and their families
- Commitment to respecting the values, customs, preferences and spiritual beliefs of residents
- Certificate III or Cert IV in aged care or similar
