About the Role

We are looking for motivated and hardworking individuals who thrive in a busy environment Housekeeping in a hotel can definitely be a physically demanding role, but it also comes with the satisfaction of seeing a space transform and knowing you’ve contributed to the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- The role requires a mix of cleaning expertise, customer service skills, and attention to detail.

- Upholding high standards for cleanliness and guest satisfaction is crucial in maintaining the resort's reputation, while also ensuring security and managing lost property shows that trust and responsibility are key elements of the job.

Skills & Experience

- We're looking for someone who’s not only detail-oriented and self-motivated but also a strong communicator who works well within a team.

- The flexibility in the roster is important to work across 7 days including public holidays, as well as the ability to take initiative and work unsupervised.

- Having a high standard of grooming and being able to pitch in and support your teammates is a nice touch, too.

- Having a driver's license to operate hotel vehicles (like buggies) means you might be doing some outdoor cleaning in our hotel villas or transporting items around the resort, which adds a bit of variety to the job.
