Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose and repair Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs), networking equipment, and other NCR Atleos products.
2. Manage and organize parts.
3. Participate in continuous training, both online and in face-to-face classrooms.
4. Work autonomously in the field and office to resolve customer issues.
5. Travel as required, including interstate travel, and handle tools and parts weighing 1-20kg; perform bending, squatting, walking, standing, or sitting for extended periods.

Qualifications:

- Experience in PC hardware and software repair.
- Preferred: Experience in electro-mechanical device repair, ATM and Self-Serve Checkout repairs, and network experience.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with electromechanical equipment.
- Valid driver’s license.
- PR or Citizenship.
- High attention to detail.

- A passion for new technology.
- Willingness to travel and complete service calls.
- Ability to work autonomously and communicate professionally.
