Trainer & Assessor - Carpentry

About the Role
- Builders Academy Australia is looking for passionate, qualified and experienced Trainers and Assessors with expertise in Plumbing and Services to deliver the CERT III Carpentry (CPC30220) to our students on a contractor basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery and Assessment of the CPC30220 Certificate III in Carpentry
- Reviewing, Validating, Moderating and Improving of training resources and assessment materials for the course
- Consulting with key clients on their current and future workforce training needs
- Grading student materials in a timely and accurate manner
About You
- 5 or more years experience working in the Carpentry Industry
- CPC30220 Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent qualifications
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Australian Business Number (ABN) that is up to date and active
- Current unrestricted Drivers License
- Demonstrated ability in high level communication, negotiation and consultation skills
- Experience in providing high level advice/guidance on a range of complex matters
- Strong relationship building and collaborative skills
