Performing a variety of cleaning tasks in residents rooms, common areas, and administrative spaces.* Manage the housekeeping and laundry services, ensuring that the residents receive efficient and effective services, with all the requirements met in accordance with relevant policies, procedures and regulatory standards.* Casual vacancies are available now at our Aged Care home in Mentone. We will be transitioning to a brand-new facility, opening in Feb 2025, with potential for permanent roles.**What you’ll bring** You’re reliable, resilient and have a whole lot of heart. Most importantly, you are genuinely interested in supporting others and making a difference in your community.* Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles* Ability to work independently, a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards* A sense of compassion & empathy towards elderly residents* Experience working in Aged Care or Health environment (desirable but not essential)* A sense of empathy & compassion for elderly residents & their families.You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:* Police check* Valid work right in Australia Join us and make a meaningful difference in people’s lives - and your career.
