Dream Cleaning Solutions Pty Ltd is a proud, family-owned company with over 25 years of experience delivering exceptional cleaning services across Victoria. We’re now looking for reliable, caring, and hardworking individuals to join our Aged Care Domestic Cleaning Team.

Job description;
About the Role:

- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (set daytime hours) although can be flexible
- Locations: Various homes across Colac and surrounding suburbs
- Workload: Clean 3 homes per day (2 hours per home - 6 hours total)

What You’ll Do:

- Perform domestic cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom cleaning
- Provide a high level of hygiene and attention to detail
- Deliver a respectful, friendly, and caring service to elderly clients in their homes
- Follow cleaning checklists and client-specific needs

What We’re Looking For:

- A genuine passion for helping the elderly live in clean and comfortable environments
- Punctual, trustworthy, and committed individuals
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport preferred
