Site Manager – Prestons, NSW
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Site Manager to lead our Prestons warehouse operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sustainable business growth.
As Site Manager, you will:
- Lead the delivery of logistics services for all contracted customers.
- Set performance targets and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage site profitability and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Build strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.
- Maximise warehouse capacity and utilisation.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and develop team capability.
- Ensure compliance with EHS, financial, and operational controls.
- Analyse site P&L and initiate corrective actions where needed.
- Champion a safety-first culture and high-performance ethos.
- Drive succession planning and talent development.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 5 years’ management experience in transport, logistics, or a related industry.
- Proven track record in managing large warehouse operations.
- Qualifications in Business Administration, Logistics Management, or equivalent experience.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence positive change.
