- Global company - 1 day a week in office - Sydney based The Role Our client, a global leader in digital technology, is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join their Sydney-based engineering team. Working with cutting-edge technologies across Java and Angular, you'll build scalable, enterprise-grade software that powers millions of digital experiences worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity for a developer who loves solving complex problems, writing clean, maintainable code, and contributing to a high-performing, collaborative team. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop and maintain scalable, high-quality web applications using Java (backend) and Angular (frontend) - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver solutions that drive business outcomes - Write clean, testable, and efficient code following modern software development practices - Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and continuous integration/delivery processes - Troubleshoot, debug and resolve software defects and performance issuesli> - Mentor team members, share knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Skills & Experience - 4+ years' experience in software development, with strong proficiency in Java and Angular - Solid understanding of OOP principles, design patterns, and RESTful API development - Experience with RDBMS (e.g. MySQL) and version control tools such as Git - Familiarity with unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, and agile software delivery - Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team - Bonus points for experience with Docker, AWS/Azure/OCI, or application monitoring and performance tools What's on Offer - Join a global technology company with a strong focus on innovation and quality - Supportive team culture that encourages learning and career growth - Competitive salary package and professional development opportunities If you are interested in this role, please click the 'APPLY' button or send your CV to maitrayee.saha@persolapac.com for a confidential discussion.
