What you’ll do?
The Deployment Technician is responsible for assisting with all aspects of device configuration activities.They help to deliver exceptional on-site support and are responsible for assisting staff and students at our clients' universities with level 1 tech support.
- Carry out all aspects of device configuration activities including device imaging and software deployment and installation of specific components.
- Perform stock picking, asset application of device, packaging and data entry.
- Opening up the TechBar, assisting staff and students with walk-up level 1 tech support.
- Assist with deploying, imaging, and decommissioning of bulk computer spaces.
- Undertake onsite delivery and deployment activities including physical unboxing of goods, device setup, software transfer and configuration as well as cable management.
What you’ll bring?
- Currently studying or completed a Certificate or higher course related to Information Technology.
- Passionate about everything IT and have an above-average understanding of MacOSand WindowsOS.
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service, retail and/or operations role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent customer service skills.
- Strong professional attitude and conduct and abilityto work well within a team.
What else do you need to apply?
- Travel on-site to our clients' sites in Brisbane.
- Must be an Australian resident available to workwithout restrictions
