Our WSP Perth office is looking to appoint a Talent Acquisition Consultant to support our Earth & Environment and Mining practices, specifically across the Western Australia market. About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you’ll play a key role in identifying and attracting exceptional talent to support our Earth & Environment and Mining teams in WA. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to deliver recruitment outcomes that align with business needs and project demands.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and professional roles
- Building talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping
- Supporting recruitment campaigns and contributing to employer branding initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and contributing to process improvements
- Using ATS and sourcing tools to track and report on recruitment activity
- Working collaboratively as part of a national Talent team to ensure all business hiring needs are met.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years’ experience in talent acquisition or recruitment consulting
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for learning and contributing to a purpose-driven team
