Happy Therapy is a dynamic team of fun and caring speech and occupational therapists, clinic located in Western Sydney. We cater for clients of all ages and ensure we provide them with the best services.
We focus on early intervention and encourage our clients to seek assistance with various services when needed. We offer assessment services for people with a disability. We work hand in hand with the carer to ensure we achieve the best possible outcome for our client.

About the role:
As part of this role, you can expect to:
Manage a varied caseload with a high proportion of paediatric clients.
Use your clinical and professional skill to deliver patient-focused therapy to a range of clients and their families.
Design therapy programs to address communication, language and literacy needs to achieve client goals.
Ability to plan, advocate for and coordinate client care independently.
Conduct evidence-based assessments, provide reports and recommendations.
The ability to analyse problems, set priorities and apply a range of options to develop solutions.
Liaise with patients, their families, and other stakeholders.
Provide therapy services face-to-face and via Telehealth.
Work effectively with a multi-disciplinary team.

About you:
An ideal candidate will have:
A degree in Occupational Therapy.
Member of your professional association APHRA.
Experience working with paediatric clients, including those complex needs.
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, National Police Check.
Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
Excellent time management.
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
