We are looking for a reliable and experienced Pick Packer/Forklift Operator to support our busy refrigerated warehouse operations. You will play an important role in safely loading, unloading, moving products and pick packing orders to ensure smooth and efficient logistics.

- Fortnightly Pay & Consistent Hours (Monday - Friday: 4am - 12:30pm / 9:30am - 6pm*)

*hours may change in future dependent on business needs but still will be FT hours

Responsibilities & Requirements

- At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment as a pick packer.

- Valid Forklift license is essential.

- Ability to lift boxes up to 20kg and perform repetitive tasks.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.

- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

- Familiarity with inventory management systems (advantageous).

- Willingness to work in a cold storage environment.

Weekend Rates: Applicable penalty rates as per the Storage Services and Wholesale Award

Location: CHILL Dandenong South, VIC 3175

Contract Type: CASUAL EMPLOYMENT TO START with a view to going permanent

As part of Chill's recruitment process, a successful applicant must undergo a National Police Criminal History Check & Medical Check. You must have the right to live and work in Australia.

To be considered for this role, it would be great if you were based within 20-30 kilometres of Dandenong South. In addition, you will need to be available to work on a roster and have flexible availability.
