Female Personal Care Worker

Right at Home North (South Morang) is looking for a female personal care worker (PCW) for immediate start. MUST BE HAPPY TO TRAVEL WITH OWN CAR. You will be providing care for every client's individual needs in the comfort of their own home. Your assigned tasks will be instructed by registered nurses in the client care plan. Your responsibilities include:
1. Assisting clients with personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
2. Assisting clients with meal preparation.
3. Providing companionship and emotional support.
4. Driving clients to appointments and social activities.
5. House cleaning (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, laundry, bathrooms, etc.).
6. Monitoring and reporting any changes in client's health and/or wellbeing and promptly reporting to RN.
7. Accurately and thoroughly documenting services provided into visual care app.
We request you have:
1. Minimum 1 year experience in community care.
2. Dementia care experience (preferred).
3. Certificate III in aged care.
4. First aid and CPR certification.
5. Police check.
6. NDIS screen check.
7. Working with children check.
8. Driver's license and own car with comprehensive car insurance.

Qualifications
Certificate III in individual support or equivalent.
