About the Opportunity
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for providing care provision in accordance with residents’ individualized assessed care needs.
- Ensure resident care is within the individualized care plan or as directed by RN and/or Care Manager.
- Report all incidents in a timely manner to Registered Nurse or Care Manager.
- Complete all activities relating to residents’ care documentation plans.
- Timely notify changes in resident care to RN in charge and/or Care Manager.
- Ensure resident care is within the AIN scope of practice and as per Bolton Clarke Quality Management Committee.
Qualifications
- Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care.
- Minimum of 12 months experience as an AIN within residential aged care preferred.
- Flexibility and reliability with a strong commitment to work.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff.
- Strong passion for working with the elderly.
Please note: Successful applicants must complete a National Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Check.
