- Provide leadership, mentoring and direction to the Electrical Plant Maintenance engineering and technical team members.

- Assist in the development of EPMNT resource capabilities in terms of engineering expertise, technical knowledge and behaviours to meet current and future workload requirements.

- Manage the portfolio of engineering tasks assigned to direct reports, setting priorities and expectations while minimising business, network and safety risks.

- Provide effective engineering capability to ensure desired outcomes of plant maintenance activities and assigned projects are delivered in accordance to quality, cost and timeframe requirements.

- Effectively implement innovation through gaining ownership from stakeholders and through effectively managing any resultant changes.

- Review and ensure accuracy of SAP Maintenance Plans for business wide programs.

- Oversee and audit data management for all related systems to ensure accurate and auditable records are maintained.

To succeed in the role, you’ll have

- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with experience relating to electric power systems.
