About the Role

Provide high level support to the Learning Services management team and coordinate the administrative functions of the Learning Service. Coordinate and monitor the budget, including financial reporting for the Learning Service. Develop and implement operational solutions to meet administrative service requirements.

The Team

The Operations Team provides support and advice to schools, colleges and CFLCs in the areas of Staffing, Business Operations Support, Ministerial Response, LS Budget and Resourcing, Emergency Management and Administration support and provision.

We are looking for

- Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (RWVP) with a registration status – Employment

- Tertiary qualifications relevant to business administration and finance.

- The cost associated with obtaining a RWVP is the responsibility of the individual.

Statement of Duties and Application Requirements

- A 1–2 page written response demonstrating your experience, skills and knowledge as they relate to the Statement of Duties.

- A resume that contains relevant personal details and work history.

- A valid email address for the purposes of email communication.

- The contact details of two referees (one must be your current or previous manager).
