Registered Nurse - Care Coordinator

Residential Aged Care - Benowa, Gold Coast

Permanent Part Time - Mon to Fri - PM Shifts

Looking for a role where your clinical leadership truly matters? Join Lady Small Haven, our 75-bed aged care home in Benowa, and help shape the future of compassionate care. As our Care Coordinator, you'll support our residents and team by guiding clinical practice, mentoring staff, and ensuring high-quality care delivery.

Your Impact

- Lead and support RNs in developing clinical leadership skills

- Coordinate care plans, assessments, and clinical documentation

- Liaise with external providers to ensure continuity of care

- Assist the Clinical Manager with quality improvement and oversight

You will need

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)

- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in the Aged Care Sector

- Current driver licence, First Aid and CPR Certificate, hold or willing to obtain a current Police Check and Blue Card

- Hold valid Australian Work Rights - Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsor

Post-graduate qualifications in Geriatrics, Dementia or other Aged Care specialisation are desirable.
