About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join Nellie Melba Retirement Village, Wheelers Hill as a Personal Care Worker on a Permanent Part Time basis working:
Option 1: Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 0700-1300 and Thursday 0700-1500
Option 2: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 0700-1500 and Sunday 0700-1300
Option 3: Tuesday 1500-2100 and Wednesday 0700-1300 and Thursday 1500-2200
Option 4: Tuesday 1700-2200 and Thursday 1500-2100 and Friday 1500-2200 - Medication Competent and Memory Support Unit experience required
Option 5: Monday to Friday 0700-1300

In this role you will:
- Develop lasting relationships with our residents and their families
- Follow our resident's individual care plans, providing care that would be good enough for mum and dad
- Use the latest technology - including our own purpose-built care app myRyman
- Work closely with, and support your colleagues creating a great team environment
About You
To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have:
- Certificate III/ IV in Ageing Support or Certificate III in Individual Support (required)
- At least 1 year of PCA experience in an aged care facility (required)
- Kindness in your DNA
- Strong empathy
- A reliable, friendly and professional style
