We are seeking a full-time team member to undertake wireless LAN design and survey work.

The projects will include a mix of customer site work and office-based design work.

You should have a passion for networking, be a self-starter, and committed to self-improvement, learning, and periodic skill upgrades.

Working with new networking technologies, enthusiasm to learn and test new tech is essential.

You will be part of a team of like-minded engineers but must also be able to attend site and operate independently.

About You

- Enjoy customer contact, with attention to detail and focus on customer outcomes
- Ability to work independently
- Highly coachable, quick to absorb new information, follow checklists, processes, and guidelines
- Sound technical knowledge, motivated, with an interest or experience in technology
- Passionate about engineering and eager to learn and grow
- Can-do attitude, highly motivated, fast learner
- Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Reliable, trustworthy, positive attitude
- Strong prioritisation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team
- You must have the right to work and live in Australia
- Willingness to travel, including interstate (must have a current driver’s license)
- Physically fit for site work (including low ladder work and building sites)
- Intermediate-advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience in the IT industry, especially networking, is advantageous
- Experience with Cisco, Meraki, or HP Aruba is advantageous

What’s in it for you?

- Work with a multi-state team delivering network solutions to enterprise clients
- Work with the latest technologies, with training and vendor support
- Support for your certification goals — aiming for CCNA? We can assist
- Combination of remote and office work
- Competitive salary, laptop, mobile, and home office equipment provided
