The opportunity

As we scale globally, we’re looking for a Head of Content, Creative & Brand to lead the development and execution of our brand narrative and content strategy across campaigns, the website, and digital channels. In this key role, you will help shape Protecht’s global image, by providing strategic and creative initiatives that tell a story. Your B2B SaaS experience will enable you to translate complex value propositions into compelling, customer-centric content that drives engagement and consistency across all touchpoints.

What you’ll do

Global Content Strategy & Development

- Develop and implement a global content strategy aligned with business and marketing goals
- Oversee the production of content for demand generation, nurture campaigns, SEO, website, and webinars.
- Partner with regional field marketing teams to create relevant regional content.

Brand Positioning & Messaging

- Own and evolve Protecht’s brand positioning and tone of voice
- Maintain brand consistency across all content, campaigns, and touchpoints
- Develop brand and campaign toolkits to support internal and external marketing efforts
- Collaborate with design agencies to bring creative concepts to life.

Campaign & Web Content Support

- Partner with demand generation and field marketing to develop content that drives pipeline
- Create digital assets to support campaigns including ads and landing page content
- Ensure web messaging aligns with brand and SEO best practices.

Leadership & Collaboration

- Lead a high-performing content and creative function that supports global marketing needs
- Collaborate closely with product marketing, demand generation, and regional marketers
- Manage agency relationships to scale content and creative production efficiently.

What you’ll bring

- 8+ years of experience in content marketing, brand, or communications in a B2B SaaS environment
- Exceptional writing and editorial skills, with a proven ability to simplify complex topics
- Experience developing brand and messaging frameworks for global companies
- Strong understanding of digital content formats, SEO, and marketing automation
- Excellent project management and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Ability to lead agency relationships and in-house teams to deliver high-quality content.

Bonus if you have:

- Familiarity with creative production tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
- Experience with HubSpot and content performance analytics tools
- Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive language best practices
- Previous experience leading and mentoring a small team.
