To be successful you must have the following
- Tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record as a Contracts Administrator in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of contract law, scopes of work, progress claims and variations
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities effectively
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
We’re partnering with a highly regarded Tier 1 builder who has delivered over 1200 projects in the past 40 years and are currently sitting around 700 employees nationwide. Our client are continuing to deliver significant projects across North Queensland and with a strong pipeline of work in the Cairns region, they are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term career stability while working on complex, high-profile projects.
