As we continue our mission to shake things up and make payments the easiest part of doing business, you’ll have the opportunity to learn new skills with hands-on experience, further your career, and help unleash the potential of our customers, one payment at a time.* Help define and prioritise what we build, why, and for whom, ensuring every decision is backed by research and data.* Lead discovery and usability testing to uncover pain points and opportunities within our payments and terminal experiences.* Translate insights into design direction, balancing user experience with operational and business goals.* Advocate for evidence-based decision making throughout the product lifecycle.* 5+ years of experience designing digital products across web and native apps.* Demonstrated ability to plan, conduct, and synthesise user research and usability testing.* Experience interpreting product analytics and behavioural data to inform design decisions.* Strong visual and interaction design skills.* Ability to clearly communicate design rationale and tell compelling stories through data and evidence.* Experience working in cross-functional agile teams.* A deep understanding of accessibility and inclusive design practices.* Curiosity about emerging technologies (including AI and contactless innovation) and how they can enhance user experience.If you’ve got this far, then you might just be a great fit for us.
