What role will you play?

As a Tech Assist member, you will provide support at walk-up and remote IT support functions for technology-based queries and local hardware support for our various businesses.

The walk-up Service Desk is an information point used to provide local technology training, loan equipment, repair services, and promote IT products.

As the first point of contact for staff requiring help or information regarding technology within Macquarie, you will have an immediate impact on service quality and be the face of technology support.

What you offer

- Technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Office, O365, Windows 10 & 11, Active Directory, Microsoft Server Platforms (including SCCM), and Apple iOS/Mac and Android devices.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune.
- Proven desktop support experience for end-users utilizing a service management ticketing system.
- Excellent customer service skills and strong interpersonal communication.
- Diligence in adhering to security, regulatory, and compliance processes.
- Leadership experience or willingness to develop into a lead role is advantageous.
