About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Senior Advisor - Health, Safety & Wellbeing to champion workplace safety across varied operational environments. Reporting to the HSW Regional Manager, you'll work directly with frontline teams and managers to deliver safety programs, implement risk controls, and drive continuous improvement in safety culture.

Your work will include on-site engagement (1-3 days per week), conducting safety audits, delivering HSW training, investigating incidents, and supporting leaders to meet legislative requirements. You will play a key role in embedding the Safety Strategy Roadmap across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement HS&W projects, initiatives, and critical risk control programs
- Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Provide expert guidance on WHS legislation, compliance, and best practice
- Deliver engaging safety training and toolbox talks to operational teams
- Support and lead incident investigations using recognised methodologies (e.g., ICAM)
- Coach and influence leaders to build a proactive safety culture

Skills & Experience

- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management
- ICAM or systems audit accreditation (desirable)
- Proven experience in safety advisory roles within operational environments
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in healthcare, warehousing or distribution environments is advantageous
