Job Description
Be part of a friendly, high-energy quick-service team delivering great food to travellers. You’ll prepare consistently good meals, support teammates during busy periods and help shape a positive kitchen culture at Cairns Airport.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver fast, friendly service with consistent food quality
- Prepare, cook and plate menu items to standard under time pressure
- Monitor stock, rotate supplies and maintain accurate records
- Maintain high food-safety standards and kitchen cleanliness
- Coach and support junior team members when required
About You
- Experience in high-volume or quick-service kitchens
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (essential)
- ASIC (or willingness to apply) and reliable transport
- A collaborative, positive attitude and punctuality
