Alfabs Engineering and Services is the flagship business unit of the Alfabs Group. Our teams are well versed in servicing a wide range of industry sectors, including but not limited to, Infrastructure (Rail, Road and Water), Construction, Mining and Energy.

As we continue to secure projects across NSW, Alfabs enters a growth phase where we are seeking experienced Boilermakers (Trade Qualified) or competent Welders to join our teams who are willing to travel. To be successful for this position, you should possess the following:

- Strong commitment to safety
- Trade certificate or relevant qualification including certificate of proficiency
- Ability to pass welding qualifications
- Exceptional work ethic
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work in a team environment
- License and own transportation
- OHS Construction card
- Working at Heights training
- The ability to work overtime to assist with achieving company goals
- Thorough understanding of drawings and project scope of works
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing

- Order 43 Medical
- Mining specific inductions
