The Outdoor Education Trainee position at Gippsland Grammar offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and meaningful program that is central to the student experience. Our Outdoor Education Program, delivered from Years 7 to 9, is designed to build students' confidence, resilience, leadership, and environmental awareness through sequential, expedition-based learning.

Responsibilities

- Support student activities such as hiking, skiing, rafting, and conservation work.

- Assist with equipment management, food preparation, and logistical planning.

- Perform administrative duties within the Outdoor Education department.

- Support program delivery alongside experienced educators.

Professional Development

This role offers the opportunity to undertake a Certificate IV in Outdoor Leadership.
