Urgent requirement of SQL Developer - Contract - Sydney/Melbourne

Requirements

- Must Design, develop, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and functions.

- Optimize database performance and troubleshoot issues related to queries and indexing.

- Collaborate with application developers to integrate SQL solutions into business applications.

- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards.

- Perform data migration, transformation, and ETL processes as required.

- Create and maintain documentation for database structures and processes.

- Support reporting and analytics teams with complex queries and data extraction.

- Strong proficiency in SQL (T-SQL, PL/SQL) and relational database systems (e.g., MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).

- Experience with performance tuning and query optimization.Familiarity with ETL tools and data warehousing concepts.

- Knowledge of database security and backup strategies.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Experience with cloud databases (Azure SQL, AWS RDS).

- Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Job Responsibility:

- Provide support for escalated cases.

- To groom new joiners to the team and take them through the support process.

- Identify problem areas and provide relevant solutions.

- Prepare and contribute to build knowledge areas.

Duration: 6 Months and possible extension
