You will guide, support,and motivate participants on their journey to employment, while developing strongrelationships with employers and support organisations.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

- Utilising a person-centred approach to tailorservices and support participants into meaningful employment
- Developing positive partnerships with localemployers to create meaningful employment opportunities for participants
- Enhancing employability through referral tosupport services and training
- Providing in-employment support to sustainemployment
- Marketing your participants’ skills toprospective employers
- Achieving program performance and qualitybenchmarks
- Keeping detailed, accurate records and adheringto all compliance requirements
- Actively participating in the local communityto promote services
