THE ROLE

We’re seeking a Senior Architect / Project Leader to join their growing national team. This role is ideal for someone with experience delivering complex projects in Australia, including hospitals and other large-scale developments.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading projects from early concept through to delivery
- Coordinating engineering consultant inputs and ensuring compliance with NCC and Australian Standards
- Managing relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Conducting site inspections and utilising systems such as Aconex or Procore
- Overseeing project documentation and coordination in a Revit environment
- Leading and mentoring a team of architects and technicians

The studio’s cloud-based systems and national business model allow for some flexibility around location for the right candidate.

ABOUT YOU

- Registered Architect with 10+ years’ local experience
- Demonstrated track record delivering complex projects in Australia (hospital experience highly regarded)
- Strong knowledge of NCC, Australian Standards, and major documentation practices
- Confident communicator with client and contractor engagement experience
- Proficient in Revit with experience coordinating project workflows
- Hands-on site experience, including inspections and contractor coordination
- Collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring and guiding teams
- Ready to take on a Senior Associate (or higher) level role, depending on experience
