SUMMARY:
As part of a leading global aerospace distributor, the Warehouse Associate is responsible for fulfilling and packaging customer orders, receiving incoming materials, and preparing orders for domestic shipping. The role requires teamwork to achieve expected results.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Order picking and packaging
- Receiving, packing, and storing materials in warehouse locations
- Understanding vendor paperwork for receiving and shipping
- Preparing orders for domestic shipping and verifying documentation
- Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse and workstations
- Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED); no work experience required
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate degree or technical certification
- 1+ years of professional work experience
- Intermediate computer skills
- Knowledge of Component Control Quantum
- Ability to operate forklift and pallet jack
