What you will do?
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and understanding of all revenue-generating areas and property-wide marketing activities
- Develop and execute a variety of marketing and promotional activities, ensuring consistent brand messaging and effective PR within budget guidelines
- Communicate upcoming promotions and marketing plans clearly with all departments, ensuring timely and accurate completion of related tasks
- Deliver exceptional internal and external customer service while contributing to team effectiveness through knowledge sharing and effective communication
- Submit timely and concise reports evaluating the effectiveness of promotional activities
More about you
- Marketing or business degree, or relevant qualifications
- Loyalty or membership program management experienceand familiarity with casino or gaming legislation
- Social and digital media marketing experience
- Experience with marketing or promotions in a hospitality, promotions, or customer service environment
- Responsible Service of Gaming and Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificates, Food Safety Certificate, and Casino Operative Licence
