We are a leading hospitality company which operates from premium locations We take great care that our services meet the status and expectations of these prominent, iconic landmarks.

We are looking for an Accountant to be based in our Sydney office. You will be responsible for financial accounting, management accounting and recurring reporting requirements across the group.



Key responsibilities in the role are but not limited to:

Perform analysis of P&L to assist with month end processing and reporting.
Liaise and assist business partners with all accounting and reporting related matters and queries.
Provide support to business managers through adhoc financial analysis and reporting.
Educate cost centre owners to assist business decision making and obtain financial information themselves.
Play a key part in the month end accounting cycle, including close-off, reviews, reporting, and analysis
Reconcile key balance sheet accounts & inventory accounts each month
Prepare invoices, routine and one-off financial reports
Manage fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
Collate and prepare information for submission to the ATO
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable duties during occasional periods of other staff annual leave


To be successful in this role you will have:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA, CA or CMA qualified
Excellent MS Excel skills
Superior time management skills ,high level numeracy skills, with demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
Critical and analytical thinking
Adept at building relationships and engaging stakeholders.
