As a qualified Physiotherapist with a passion for aged care, this is your chance to join Plena Healthcare’s large, supportive multidisciplinary team. You'll play a key role in delivering personalised, evidence-based care to residents in Residential Aged Care Facilities, helping them live well and stay active for longer.

What you’ll do:

- Deliver comprehensive assessments and clinical recommendations to support mobility, transfers, and daily living.
- Provide therapy that promotes falls prevention, pain management, arthritic care, and skin integrity.
- Create individualised therapy programs and lead group-based active ageing sessions.
- Work closely with facility staff to review care plans and adjust therapy as residents' needs evolve.
- Embrace flexibility and collaboration within a caring, forward-thinking team.

- A bachelor’s degree
- Current AHPRA registration
- Australian working rights
- Willing to obtain NDIS workers screening and National Police Check
