About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated trainee to join our close-knit practice. You’ll be supported and trained on the job, with the chance to gain valuable skills in medical administration.

What you’ll be doing:

- Answering phones with a friendly, professional manner
- Using computer systems (training provided)
- Preparing medical reports & handling patient files
- Sending files to other departments
- Multitasking in a busy environment
- Working closely with our supportive team

What we’re looking for:

- Great phone and communication skills
- Computer savvy & willing to learn
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a busy workplace
- Friendly and approachable

Flexible start date available for the right applicant. Year 12 School leavers are strongly encouraged to apply.
