The Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate, driven, and experienced Store Operations Manager to join the flagship boutique in Melbourne's CBD. This is an exciting opportunity to represent one of the world’s most iconic luxury timepiece brands, working within a close-knit and dynamic team
As Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing your team to achieve sales targets while ensuring every client receives a memorable luxury shopping experience. You will also oversee visual merchandising, stock management, and the seamless execution of in-store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the store team to deliver on sales, service, and KPI expectations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a superior level of client service
- Drive sales performance through commercial decision-making and team engagement
- Oversee visual merchandising standards, seasonal launches and store presentation
- Manage store operations including rostering, stock control, and loss prevention
- Collaborate with head office, planning, and regional management to maximise results
- Execute VIP events, clienteling strategies, and CRM initiatives to grow the client base
About You
- Proven experience in a Store Operations Manager role with strong operations and visual merchandising experience.
- A strong understanding of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and clienteling, with a proven ability to foster and maintain client relationships.
- Experience and confidence in working with high-end clientele.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Impeccable presentation and a commitment to delivering a world-class customer experience.
- A sales-driven mindset with a continuous desire to learn, grow, and exceed targets.
- A genuine passion for luxury accessories, timepieces, and a strong willingness to deepen your knowledge of the brand and its collections.
