We are proud to provide a multicultural, inclusive and nurturing environment for all our staff.We are currently looking for **Full time** **Educators** to join our Team at Amberton Beach.**Your Impact as a Casual Educator*** Step into different rooms and **support permanent staff** with daily routines and transitions* Deliver and assist with **play-based learning experiences** aligned with the **Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)*** Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues* Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements* Bring enthusiasm and adaptability to each shift**Essential Qualifications*** Certificate III, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or an equivalent).* A current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one.* First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.**Essential Skills and Attributes:*** Ability to provide a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for all children.* Understanding the developmental milestones and needs of children in various age groups.* Capability to design, implement and evaluate developmentally appropriate programs for children.* Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with children, parents and colleagues.* Ability to work as part of a diverse team.* Adaptable to various situations and needs that arise in an early childhood setting.**Desirable Skills and Knowledge:*** Familiarity with the national early learning framework for children from birth to five years.* Understanding of the standards and assessment process to ensure quality service.* Respect and understanding of diverse cultures, families and individual children's needs.* Proficiency in using computers and relevant software to document children's learning and development.* Previous experience as an Educator, Assistant Educator, Childcare Assistant or similar. **Apply Now** Join a friendly, professional team where children and staff are a priority Please create an account to commence your application.
