Overview

Sunnyfield Wants YOU Are you a people person with a heart of gold? We needsuperstar Support Workers for our casual pool supporting clients across the Central Coast.

We are looking for individuals who can be flexible, caring, and able to work with clients in a variety of community settings.

Responsibilities

- Be a Social Butterfly – Help clients spread their wings and connect with their community.
- Teach & Learn – Support clients as they level up their life skills (bonus: you might learn a few too).
- Drive the Fun – Take clients to programs and activities in Sunnyfield’s vans.
- Keep It Snappy – Write progress notes that are clear, concise, and fabulous.
- Be the Team MVP – Collaborate with families and adapt to behaviour support strategies like a champ.

What You Bring to the Party

- A heart three sizes too big (not medically, just metaphorically).
- Experience in the disability sector is super important. You’ll need to have worked with clients who show behaviours of concern—knowing how to support them is key
- Willingness to assist with personal care when needed.
- Resilience, empathy, and a ‘let’s do this’ attitude.
- A driver’s licence and reliable transport is a must.

We need folks available for morning shifts (6 AM starts), day, afternoon, sleepovers and wake overs. OH and don’t forget weekends.
