About the Position

As Senior Manager, Annual Giving, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of philanthropy at Arts Centre Melbourne. This is your opportunity to lead a dynamic annual giving program that inspires generosity and deepens connections with the community. You’ll design, deliver and evaluate innovative fundraising strategies that strengthen donor engagement, retention and revenue, helping us bring extraordinary arts experiences to life. You will build meaningful relationships with donors, champion their journey with us and collaborate across teams to align efforts with Arts Centre Melbourne’s bold vision and strategic goals.

Full time ongoing position. Salary band 5.1 $122,105.00 plus superannuation.

Your Skills, Qualifications and Experience

- Minimum of five years in philanthropy management or a similar role.

- Experience and/or an understanding of the not-for-profit and philanthropy sector.

- Experience and/or an understanding of the arts sector an advantage.

- High level of fundraising expertise, including demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality end-to-end campaigns, shaped by sophisticated data analysis, and involving many stakeholders.

- Ability to identify and nurture opportunities to advance donors through the giving pipeline, working collaboratively with the major gifts team to ensure seamless transitions and sustained donor engagement.

- Excellent project management skills, including a demonstrated ability to collaborate with a large number of internal stakeholders in a complex environment.
