Title: Training Lead, TRP Contract - Full-time Role, 35 hours per week

Competitive Salary Package: $111,468 - $129,545 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

The Enterprise Resourcing Platform (ERP) replacement program is a whole-of-organisation transformation initiative designed to streamline internal systems and enhance collaboration across all teams. The role will proactively identify requirements, develop and deliver innovative training solutions to support the implementation of Council’s ERP platform TechnologyOne, Connected Intelligence Anywhere.

Our opportunity

1. Contribute to the design and execution of the program’s training plan and deliverables
2. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on the creation and review of departmental training material and documentation to ensure content accuracy and consistency
3. Maintain accurate records of training sessions, evaluations, and compliance activities to ensure compliance with legislative and Council requirements
4. Assist the change team where required with all aspects of change and business processes

About you

We’re looking for a self motivated and collaborative person to join our IDT team. You’ll bring both experience and innovation in training coupled with a proactive mindset towards achieving high-quality solution outcomes to a team passionate about making a difference to our community.
