The role

We are looking for skilled Demi Chef for Boardwalk Social, where you will be inspired to produce the highest quality food experience for our guests working with and for an exceptional brigade and creating flavours with vibrancy and excitement. From lunch to dinner service, serve up dishes that wow our guests and keep the good vibes going in our vibrant and buzzing venue

About you

We are seeking individuals with passion for food and who are driven and creative and display:

- A lead by example attitude - collectively team focused, fostering collaboration and inclusion

- Academic achievement of a Certificate III in Commercial Cookeryor international equivalent

- A creative and varied portfolio of cooking experience in high end kitchens

- The inherent ability to manage relevant stock levels

- An ambition on sustainable practices - farm to table sourcing

- A healthy respect for workplace health and safety practices and procedures

- Natural leadership capability - happy to train and support junior members of the kitchen brigade
