Reporting to the Business Banking Executive, you will pro-actively manage customer relationships and meet their needs by providing full Integrated Financial Services solutions through the most cost-effective and appropriate channels. Full portfolio management via penetration of existing customers, acquisition of new customers, and expense management.
Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of key business banking clients and referral partners.
- Uncover new business and referral opportunities while cultivating, growing, and utilizing your mature network of internal and external contacts.
- Maintain and enhance your portfolio's credit risk profile while maximizing profitability.
- Initiate solutions to stimulate customer growth in the local market and implement yearly business plans for your complex portfolio.
- Assume responsibility for profit & loss statements, overseeing revenue, lending balances, and deposit expansion.
We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:
- A well-established footprint as a business banking or relationship manager.
- Advanced financial expertise and strategic relationship management skills.
- Passionate about business development and credit risk management.
- Proficient in business/commercial practices, alongside business banking products and services.
