Reporting to the Business Banking Executive, you will pro-actively manage customer relationships and meet their needs by providing full Integrated Financial Services solutions through the most cost-effective and appropriate channels. Full portfolio management via penetration of existing customers, acquisition of new customers, and expense management.

Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of key business banking clients and referral partners.
  • Uncover new business and referral opportunities while cultivating, growing, and utilizing your mature network of internal and external contacts.
  • Maintain and enhance your portfolio's credit risk profile while maximizing profitability.
  • Initiate solutions to stimulate customer growth in the local market and implement yearly business plans for your complex portfolio.
  • Assume responsibility for profit & loss statements, overseeing revenue, lending balances, and deposit expansion.

  • Advanced financial expertise and strategic relationship management skills.
  • Passionate about business development and credit risk management.
  • Proficient in business/commercial practices, alongside business banking products and services.
