The Role

As an ICT Support Engineer at Hindmarsh, you will enjoy a challenging and varied role that includes support desk, systems administration and infrastructure support.

Reporting to the ICT Infrastructure Manager, you will:

- ICT Support on a national level and escalate internally when necessary.
- Manage account creation, deletion and user security/permissions across Hindmarsh's internal and external systems.
- Manage Hindmarsh fleet mobile iPhones, iPads and mobile services (Mobile Device Management).
- Set up new equipment.
- Work in partnership with Systems Development team as required.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Develop & maintain PC provisioning and support using Standard Operating Environment.
- Review and test Disaster recovery.
- Oversee Software Licenses and Subscriptions.
- Review, evaluate and report on new and emerging technologies.
- Manage 3rd Party Vendors and resources on an as required basis.
- Assist with ICT Projects as directed by the IT Manager.

The IT Department is responsible for managing all IT systems and infrastructure to support Hindmarsh's people and operations across Australia.

About You

To succeed in this role you will need:

- Previous experience supporting users on the Microsoft Suite of products including Office 365, Windows 10, Active Directory and Exchange.
- Hardware support experience (workstations, laptops, iPhones & iPads)
- Exposure to Windows Servers, Microsoft Teams, Office 365, Hyper-V, RDS, VPN, would be of benefit.
