Develop your hospitality skills and embrace a unique environment at our Defence sites in Wagga Wagga– RAAF Base Wagga and Blamey Barracks. Join the established team and receive full training and support while working with a dynamic and fun team.

The Positions:

- Casual, part time and full time positions
- Utilities (Kitchen Support – Food Prep & Sandwiches)
- Food & Beverage Attendants

- Kitchen Hands

- Bar Attendants

The Person:

Utilities (Kitchen Support – Food Prep & Sandwiches)

- Experience in food prep, sandwich making, and general kitchen duties
- Basic knife handling and food safety knowledge

- Willingness to learn and work across various kitchen tasks

- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Food & Beverage Attendant

- Hospitality or front-of-house experience highly regarded

- Great communication and customer service skills

- Comfortable handling food, operating POS systems and working in a fast-paced environment

- Positive attitude and willingness to support the team across multiple tasks

Kitchen Hand

- Previous kitchen experience preferred

- Comfortable using kitchen equipment and assisting with dish washing, cleaning, and food preparation

- Attention to hygiene and cleanliness standards

- Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Bar Attendant

- RSA or willingness to obtain one

- Bar experience beneficial

- Ability to work autonomously

- Attention to detail with strong organisational skills
